This policy is designed to protect collector value, maintain product authenticity, and ensure a clear and fair shopping experience.

◆ RETURN ELIGIBILITY

✔ Returns accepted within 7 days from delivery only for damaged, defective, or non-functional products.
✔ Product must remain unused and in original collector-grade condition.
✔ All boxes, seals, inserts, and accessories must be intact.
✔ Invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

◆ MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO

To prevent transit disputes and ensure transparency:
• A continuous unboxing video is required for all damage or defect claims.
• The video must clearly show the sealed parcel, shipping label, and full opening process.
• Issues must be visible within the same recording.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

◆ COLLECTOR PACKAGING DISCLAIMER

Customers acknowledge that:
• Imported collectibles may have minor shelf wear, soft corners, or transit marks.
• Small paint variations or manufacturing tolerances are industry standards and not defects.
• Box condition is not guaranteed as mint unless explicitly mentioned.
Opening manufacturer seals may make the product ineligible for return unless proven defective in the unboxing video.

◆ NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following items are not eligible for return:
• Limited edition or specially sourced collectibles
• Pre-orders or imported items ordered on request
• Diecast models with opened seals
• Comics, magazines, or printed collectibles
• Used, modified, repainted, or incomplete products
Final approval of returns remains at the discretion of Sainiraa Creations.

◆ EXCHANGE POLICY

• Exchanges are allowed only for verified defective or damaged items.
• Replacement depends on stock availability.
• Customers may choose an alternate item of equal or higher value.
• If replacement value is lower, the balance will be issued as Store Credit.

◆ CANCELLATION POLICY

• Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellations are treated as returns.
• Pre-orders or specially sourced items cannot be cancelled.
• Refused deliveries may incur logistics deductions.

◆ REFUND POLICY

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
• Customers will receive confirmation of approval or rejection.
• Refunds may be processed after deducting shipping charges, gateway fees, or handling costs where applicable.
• Approved refunds will be completed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
